California Coastal Trail Restoration Project

Since 2015, Avila Beach House, formally Martin Resorts, has been working to restore parts of the California Coastal Trail in Pismo Beach. We are proud to announce the completion of our  restoration initiatives along the Central Coast, including:

• Additional beach access points
• Repair of bluff-top walkways near Shore Cliff Hotel and Ventana Grill
• Construction of a pedestrian bridge extending the California Coastal Trail by a mile along Pismo Beach

Our dedication to service reaches beyond our properties and into the communities where we operate. Avila Beach House actively supports local and national initiatives, including:
